"I ordered a pair of shoes..."
I ordered a pair of shoes and the delivery date changed maybe 3 or 4 times. I couldn’t get a straight answer or any real help when I reached out, which made it even more annoying. The package finally showed up about a week later than I needed, and I had bought them for an event, so that was disappointing. After this, I’m not sure I’d order from stacyadams.com again.

"Longtime customer feeling let down"
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but lately I’m disappointed. The rewards still feel pointless, and as someone who’s stuck around this long, I expected better. At the very least, I’d appreciate an apology and some acknowledgment that loyal customers deserve more.

I ordered these from stacyadams.com for work, and my first impression wasn’t great. They looked sharp right out of the box, but the second I actually wore them for a bit, the comfort just wasn’t there. After about two hours, my heels were already hurting and the toe area felt way too tight, even though I ordered my usual size.
I gave them a few more tries thinking maybe they just needed to break in, but they stayed stiff and uncomfortable. For the price, I expected shoes that looked good and felt decent too. Disappointing overall, and I wouldn’t buy them again.

"Bad first impression, my size was never available"
Not a great first impression. I was excited to check this place out, but they were already out of my size, and that seems to happen all the time. It’s really frustrating when you find something you like and can’t actually buy it.

"Confused and disappointed"
I’m disappointed. The website made it sound like these would hold up well, so I was confused when the soles started splitting after just a few weeks of normal wear. I wasn’t doing anything rough in them, so I expected a lot better.

"Feels outdated and not easy to use"
The site just feels kind of old and clunky to browse. I kept getting lost, and the layout doesn’t make things easy to find. It also has that polished company-speak vibe in places, which makes me trust it less rather than more.

"Refund Felt Like It Took a Lifetime"
I sent my shoes back thinking the refund would be straightforward, but oh my gosh, it felt like I was waiting until the end of time. I kept checking for updates and asking what was going on, and every response was so vague it made me want to scream.

The return itself was super easy, which almost made the refund part even more frustrating. Getting my own money back should not feel like a dramatic quest. I’m definitely not ordering from them again.

"Got the wrong shoes and a lot of vague promises"
I ordered a specific size and color from stacyadams.com, and what showed up was completely different. Even the label on the box didn’t match what I actually paid for, so it wasn’t just a small mix-up. Now I’m stuck dealing with a return for a mistake they made, and all I’m hearing is vague stuff about how they’ll “take care of it” without any clear timeline. It’s frustrating, i don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Sizing felt totally off"
I ordered my usual size, but these ended up being way too tight, and the length felt kind of strange too. I returned them, but the whole experience left me feeling a bit in the dark, like I couldn’t really trust the sizing or know what to expect. i probably won’t buy shoes from here again

"Nice shoes, but the shipping was really slow"
I ordered a pair of shoes and, to be fair, I’m happy with them now that they’re finally here. The quality seems good and they look like what I expected. That said, the shipping took way longer than I thought it would, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, which was frustrating. I’d consider ordering again if they improve delivery, but with shipping this slow, I’d probably think twice.
